1. BOOKING COURSES
You can book our courses by purchasing via our online shop or by emailing voxintegracourses@gmail.com

The balance for courses must be paid in full, no later than 4 weeks before the commencement of the course, except the Staged Opera Scenes where the balance must be paid in full no less than 6 weeks before commencement of the course.
 

All bookings made less than four weeks before the course begins must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

2. DEPOSITS
A £100 deposit is required to secure your place on any of our courses.
Please note: All deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances except where Vox Integra cancels a course.

3. TRANSFERS
Deposits and fees may be transferred from one course to another subject to availability up to 14 days before the commencement of the course originally booked.

4. REFUNDS
Refunds for withdrawal from a course as well as accommodation where included, for any reason apply as follows:
a) more than 28 days before the start of the course – full refund less deposit
b) 22 – 28 days before the start of the course – 75% refund less deposit
c) 15 – 21 days before the start of the course – 50% refund less deposit
d) 8 – 14 days before the start of the course – 25% refund less deposit
e) Less than 8 days before the start of the course – no refund
 

We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to cover cancellation costs.
